Basin-ware provides custom photobook design and production services. Our services include photograph curation, layout design, printing, and delivery of finished photobooks. Specific service details, pricing, and timelines are confirmed through direct consultation and project agreements.

You retain all rights to photographs and content you submit. By submitting photographs, you grant Basin-ware a limited license to use them solely for the purpose of creating your photobook and related project communications. We do not use client photographs for marketing or promotional purposes without explicit written consent.
All website content, including text, graphics, logos, and design elements, is the property of Basin-ware and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
Prices are quoted in Canadian dollars and are subject to applicable taxes. A deposit may be required to begin work on your project, with the balance due upon design approval. Payment terms are specified in your project agreement. We reserve the right to modify pricing; however, quoted prices are honoured for accepted projects.
Estimated timelines are provided based on project complexity and current production schedules. Delays in client response, additional revision requests, or circumstances beyond our control may affect delivery dates. We communicate proactively about any timeline changes.
Revision rounds are included as specified in your selected package. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds may incur additional fees. Final approval of the design is required before production begins. Once approved, changes cannot be made without potential additional costs.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Refund eligibility depends on the project stage:
We strive for excellence in every project. If you receive a product with manufacturing defects, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange for replacement or repair at no additional cost for verified defects. Dissatisfaction with approved design choices is not grounds for refund after production.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Basin-ware shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Basin-ware from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these terms, your content submissions, or your violation of any third-party rights.
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
