Knowing approximately how many photographs you have, where you travelled, and which package interests you helps us provide specific guidance.
Standard projects require 3-4 weeks from start to delivery. If you have a specific deadline, mention it in your initial message.
If your project does not fit our standard packages, describe what you have in mind. We accommodate unique requests when possible.
We can ship to addresses outside Canada. International shipping costs are calculated based on destination and package weight.
After your initial consultation, you will receive access to our secure upload portal. You can upload files directly from your computer or share links from cloud storage services.
We work with JPEG, PNG, TIFF, and RAW files. For optimal results, we recommend sharing the highest resolution versions available.
Absolutely. Many clients include captions, journal entries, or contextual text. Let us know your preferences and we will incorporate them into the design.
We retain your project files for one year after delivery. Additional copies can be ordered at any time within that period at a reduced rate.
Yes, expedited production is available for an additional fee depending on project complexity and current production queue. Contact us with your timeline needs.
